THE ROLE
At ALOHAS we're looking for a person to help us take our talented team to the next level! You will work in a dynamic and innovative environment with the main mission of hiring top industry talent, cultivating our employer branding and nurturing internal culture within the team. As a key member of our People team, you will have the opportunity to influence the direction of our organisation and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of ALOHAS as we expand and evolve!
YOUR CHALLENGEΒ
Team planning:
- Collaborate with Store Managers to understand personnel needs.
- Develop staffing plans and forecasts to ensure adequate employee availability during peak demand periods.
- Work with relevant productivity and KPIs for workforce scheduling.
- Develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified talent.
- Coordinate interviews and selection processes with Store Managers.
- Support new hires and follow up on onboarding plans.
- Collaborate with Store Managers to identify employee development opportunities.
- Create talent maps and development policies for each store team.
- Establish and communicate performance expectations.
- Provide feedback and support to Store Managers to improve individual and team performance.
- Act as a liaison between the store and HR management, providing all necessary documentation and informing of any contractual/condition changes.
- Ensure compliance with all labor policies and regulations.
- Handle HR-related matters such as complaints and disciplinary issues.
- Maintain updated salary investment forecast for the business plan.
- Collaborate in the administration of compensation and benefits programs.
- Advise on salary equity and competitive benefits in the retail sector.
- Foster a positive organisational culture aligned with company goals.
- Collaborate on initiatives to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.

YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF...
- +3 years of experience in a similar position
- You have proactivity and high energy and ambition with the project and its growth.
- You are a communicative, people-oriented and very empathetic person.
- Demonstrate talent, commitment, and passion for your work.
- Good communication and stakeholders management skills
- Ability to take independent decisions after having analysed the situation
- Be strictly confidential with the information
- Fluent English, Spanish and French, another idiom is a plus
