THE ROLE
As a People Intern focused on Talent Acquisition, you will be an essential part of our People team. You will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to attract, select, and hire top talent.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Posting job openings on various job boards and platforms.
- Conducting initial resume screenings to identify qualified candidates.
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
- Maintaining candidate databases and ensuring accurate records.
- Supporting the onboarding process for new hires.
- Assisting with general People administrative tasks as needed
- Supporting the People team in various projects and initiatives.
YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE...
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Good command of English and Spanish; French is a plus
