THE ROLE

At ALOHAS we're looking for a person to help us take our talented team to the next level! You will work in a dynamic and innovative environment with the main mission of hiring top industry talent, cultivating our employer branding and nurturing internal culture within the team. As a key member of our People team, you will have the opportunity to influence the direction of our organisation and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of ALOHAS as we expand and evolve!

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Assist in hiring top industry talent.
• Establish the company's hiring strategy by analysing the profiles needed in different areas and anticipating those needs.
• Analyse position requirements with hiring managers, focusing on key experiences and skills.
• Conduct searches for these profiles on relevant platforms.
• Define the workflow for different processes and provide visibility to candidates.
• Handle the onboarding process for new team members, from collecting documentation to planning their first days.
• Develop an employer branding strategy to attract top talent.
• Follow up on new signings after their first month, their first 3 months and their 6 months with us, to see how they are integrating and how expectations are being met.
• Strengthen the culture already established within the ALOHAS team through actions aligned with our values.
• Further improve the performance management process that allows the team to grow with us based on their needs and those of the business.

YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF...

• +3 years of experience in a similar position
• You have proactivity and high energy and ambition with the project and its growth.
• You are a communicative, people-oriented and very empathetic person.
• Demonstrate talent, commitment, and passion for your work.
• Good communication and stakeholders management skills
• Ability to take independent decisions after having analysed the situation
• Be strictly confidential with the information
• English and Spanish fluent, another idiom is a plus
