THE ROLE
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Key Account Manager to join our Wholesale team. You’ll play a key role in supporting the growth of our brand across key wholesale partners.
In this role, you will assist in managing existing accounts, helping to identify new business opportunities, and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and our partners. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn the dynamics of wholesale management in a fast-growing sustainable fashion brand.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Account Support- Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with key wholesale partners across your regions.
- Support the preparation and follow-up of seasonal sales campaigns, including order tracking and product delivery coordination.
- Help negotiate and prepare commercial offers and contracts under the guidance of the Key Account Manager.
 
- Market Growth- Research and identify potential new partners and markets.
- Support in onboarding new accounts and ensuring smooth communication and brand alignment.
 
- Sales & Analysis Rerporting- Track sales performance, analyze key figures, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth.
 
- Collaboration & Brand Representation- Work closely with internal teams (Operations, Finance, Marketing, Product) to ensure a consistent customer experience.
- Assist in the preparation of trade shows, client presentations, and seasonal lookbooks.
 
YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE...
- Experience- 1–2 years of experience in wholesale, sales, or account management (internships or entry-level experience welcome).
- Previous exposure to the fashion, footwear, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
 
- Skills- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic, international environment.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
 
- Knowledge- Basic understanding of wholesale and retail dynamics.
- Interest in the fashion industry and awareness of market trends.
