THE ROLE
The Senior Sales Operations Specialist is the operational backbone of our Wholesale business, ensuring seamless execution, system excellence, and data integrity across all platforms. You'll transform sales strategy into operational reality through robust processes, actionable insights, and cross-functional coordination.
As the trusted right-hand to the Head of Wholesale Sales, you'll own the systems, processes, and data governance that enable our wholesale team to scale efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy and compliance.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Sales Data Integrity & Systems Orchestration
- Own end-to-end sales data integrity across CRM, Joor, ERP, Customer Portal, and AR Portal
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and seamless flow between all wholesale platforms
- Define and enforce data governance standards, validation rules, and quality controls
- Monitor system integrations and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Maintain master data management for customers, products, pricing, and terms
- Conduct regular data audits and coordinate with IT on system enhancements
- Serve as primary escalation point for data-related issues across wholesale systems
Multi-Platform System Ownership
- CRM: Lead implementation, user adoption, training, and optimization
- Joor: Manage daily operations, catalog updates, user access, and platform analytics
- ERP Integration: Ensure seamless data flow for orders, inventory, and fulfillment
- Customer & AR Portals: Monitor functionality, accuracy, and user experience across customer-facing systems
- Partner with IT to optimize workflows, integrations, and data quality across all platforms
Process Excellence & Documentation
- Design, document, and continuously improve wholesale sales processes from lead to fulfillment
- Create and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and process maps across all platforms
- Monitor process adherence and identify optimization opportunities
- Build centralized knowledge hub for team efficiency
Performance Visibility & Reporting
- Own wholesale performance dashboards tracking orders, accounts, campaigns, and regional performance
- Deliver weekly/monthly analytics with clear insights from validated data
- Partner with Business Controller and Strategy Office on reporting alignment
- Ensure data integrity across all reporting systems
Campaign Operations & Coordination
- Define and enforce campaign timelines, order deadlines, and cut-off procedures
- Coordinate with Operations and Production on capacity planning and delivery schedules
- Track campaign metrics, deliver post-campaign analysis, and validate data accuracy
- Ensure smooth order-to-fulfillment handoffs across all systems
Cross-Functional Liaison & Strategic Support
- Serve as central coordination point between Wholesale and Operations, Production, Finance, Legal, and IT
- Manage internal request queues and ensure timely resolution
- Provide operational support for strategic initiatives and executive presentations
- Support forecasting, budget tracking, and ad hoc analysis
- Ensure compliance with governance standards and audit requirements
YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF…
Required Experience & Skills
- 3-5 years in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Business Operations
- Wholesale, fashion, or retail experience strongly preferred
- Proven experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with B2B wholesale platforms (Joor, NuORDER, or similar)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics) and system integrations
- Demonstrated expertise in data integrity management across multiple platforms
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Process mapping, documentation, and cross-functional project management
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)
