About ALOHAS
ALOHAS is a Spanish fashion brand with a simple position on overproduction: make less, make it last. Everything is crafted on demand from durable materials, and designed to be worn for longer.
The team is young, creative and proactive. Communication is direct and the energy is high. It’s demanding, and it’s rewarding. We learn from each other, and sustainability isn’t something we leave at the office door.
The role
We are opening our first store in Australia, in Sydney, and we are looking for the Store Manager who will lead it. We are aiming to open in March or April 2027, so you will be part of the launch. You will own the results, build the team, deliver a premium client experience, and bring ALOHAS to life on the shop floor every day.
Your mission
Lead the business
Own sales, KPIs and store profitability.
Read the numbers, spot what’s holding the store back, and build action plans to unlock it.
Work with HQ on strategy, reporting and retail priorities.
Keep operations and service at the standard ALOHAS stands for.
Build and lead your team
Lead from the shop floor: set clear goals and show how it’s done.
Train, coach and give regular feedback. Keep good people.
Build a team culture around our values: responsibility, agility and proactivity.
Create a client experience worth coming back for
Make every interaction personal and consistently excellent.
Use our clienteling tool to build lasting relationships and loyalty.
Tell the ALOHAS story in store: our values, our products, our sustainability mission.
Guide clients across every channel, from purchase to delivery and after-sales.
Run a tight store
Oversee stock, visual merchandising and in-store animations.
Report on store, product and client performance to support decisions.
Keep the store organized, visually sharp and efficient.
Contribute content for our social teams when needed: photos, videos, store visuals.
Be ALOHAS’s retail voice in Australia
Share feedback and ideas that shape our retail strategy.
Represent the brand as an ambassador and a driver of innovation in your market.
You would be a great fit if you have
3–5 years’ experience as a Store Manager in premium or fashion retail
Strong leadership skills and a track record of developing people
Strategic vision and the ability to turn data into action
Excellent communication, problem-solving and decision-making
Proven experience with sales techniques, KPIs and customer service
Familiarity with CRM and clienteling strategies
Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
A hands-on, agile, collaborative mindset, and a real interest in product, people and retail innovation
What we offer
Freedom, responsibility and trust. Autonomy, accountability and mutual respect.
Staff discounts. For you, and for your family and friends.
Room to grow. Constructive feedback, ongoing learning and support for your professional journey.
A company with values. We live sustainability, and we support work-life balance, parenthood, gender equality and diversity.
