We usually respond within a week
At ALOHAS, we're reinventing how fashion is made. Our on-demand model means we produce based on real demand, not guesswork β cutting overproduction and waste while delivering pieces people genuinely want. Sustainability isn't a campaign for us; it's the operating constraint we design everything around.
We're a team that moves fast, takes ownership, and cares about getting the details right β and we love what we do, and it shows! π You'll join an Operations team that runs on a deeply automated backbone: order routing, document generation, customer notifications, tracking, and compliance checks are handled by systems, so our people can spend their time where it actually matters β on the exceptions, the cost, and the continuous improvement.
THE ROLE
As an Operations & Supply Chain Specialist, you own a permanent slice of our outbound volume end to end β and you're cross-trained to flex across the rest when peaks, absences or transitions hit. You run your own book of orders through the full cycle (delivery note, invoicing, picking, fulfilment, shipping, delivery), and you're the human judgment on top of an automated engine: you catch what the system flags, fix what it can't, and make the system better so it doesn't flag the same thing twice.
One of our specialization tracks β and a strong reason to apply if it's your background β is international export/import logistics: forwarders, carriers, customs, and freight-cost control across our global markets. But this is fundamentally a generalist operator role. We're growing the team, and we want versatile people who can own any channel and step into any track.
This is for someone who loves logistics precision, takes pride in protecting both deadlines and margins, and is energised β not threatened β by working alongside automation. You run it, you own it, you improve it.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Run your book, end to end
Own a defined, permanent volume of outbound orders β a channel or region slice β and carry it through the full sale-order cycle: delivery notes, invoicing, picking, fulfilment, shipping and final delivery.
Uphold service targets on your portfolio: OTIF >95%, chargebacks <1%, SLAs >95%, and protect compliance across every channel you touch.
Keep goods moving across borders (export/import track)
Select and manage forwarders and carriers per shipment, negotiating rates and service terms in advance.
Own international customs procedures, export/import documentation, and compliance with global shipping regulations across our markets.
Control cost and protect the margin
Own outbound transport cost management within target (Β±5%), validate every freight and carrier invoice for accuracy, and raise chargebacks or disputes when the numbers don't reconcile.
Track and report transport cost, OTIF, SLAs and logistics KPIs; build the ad-hoc analysis the team needs to make decisions.
Hold the line on 3PL & carrier performance
Monitor warehouse and 3PL service levels (SLAs, efficiency, accuracy), follow up on gaps, and act as the link between forwarders, carriers, couriers, the 3PL, accounting and the wider Operations team.
Handle the exceptions, improve the system
Work the human-in-the-loop queue: clear the orders and shipments the automation escalates, flag daily anything at risk of missing a target date, and recommend corrective action.
Don't just clear exceptions β close the loop. Spot the recurring failure modes and help us automate them away.
Flex across channels
Cross-train across EMEA/APAC Key Accounts & Boutiques, Americas & Retail, and Returns & Last Mile to absorb additional volume during peaks, absences or transitions β keeping service continuity without disruption.
YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE...
Experience & Background
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Trade, Commerce or a related field β or equivalent operational experience that proves it.
Proven experience running operational fulfilment, distribution, or freight/forwarder management, ideally in DTC, retail or fashion.
For the export/import track: hands-on experience with international logistics β global shipping regulations, customs procedures and documentation.
Strong cost and invoice control: the rigour to validate freight billing and keep a transport budget on target.
Solid data and reporting skills; comfortable building reports and working with operational KPIs (OTIF, SLAs, chargebacks).
Mindset & Skills
Versatile and a fast learner β able to own a permanent book and pick up additional tracks (B2B, Americas, Boutiques, Returns) when the team needs it.
AI-native and automation-positive: you'd rather improve a workflow than repeat it, and you're comfortable working alongside automated systems and AI copilots.
Results-driven, deadline-proof, and energised by continuous improvement β you run it, you own it, you improve it.
Excellent communication; able to coordinate multiple stakeholders and brief clearly, including to leadership.
Professional English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
Tech Stack
Odoo (ERP) Β· BigQuery Β· AfterShip Β· carrier & customs integrations (UPS WorldEase, FedEx, DHL and more) Β· Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs) Β· and a growing layer of internal automation + AI copilots you'll work alongside every day.
