As we enter a new stage of scale: more stores, more markets, more launches— coordination complexity increases. We are strengthening our commercial integration layer.
THE ROLE
The Chief of Staff - Marketing & Sales ensures alignment between:
Brand & Campaigns
Media Performance
Retail Operations
Wholesale
CRM & Lifecycle
Commercial Planning
This role exists to increase clarity, alignment, and commercial impact across channels while preserving ownership within each department.
You will work directly with Alejandro, Founder & CEO.
YOUR CHALLENGE
Commercial Planning & Calendar Integration
Lead cross-channel commercial planning
Align product drops, retail activations, and campaign timing
Ensure clarity and prioritization across departments
Support quarterly commercial planning cycles
This is about integration, not ownership of functions.
Cross-Functional Commercial Projects
Lead high-impact initiatives such as:
New store openings (GTM planning)
International market launches
Major seasonal campaigns
Wholesale visibility initiatives
Retail traffic activation strategies
Omnichannel Revenue Alignment
Ensure campaigns translate into measurable sales impact
Connect digital traffic with retail store performance
Align CRM with store events and launches
Improve sell-through velocity of key collections
Performance Visibility & Decision Support
Build clearer reporting frameworks across channels
Ensure commercial decisions are data-informed
Partner with Digital and Finance to track contribution margin impact
Improve feedback loops between marketing investment and sales results
Operational Leverage Through Systems & AI
Identify opportunities to automate coordination workflows
Improve planning clarity via dashboards and structured processes
Leverage AI tools to increase speed and insight
YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE...
3-10 years experience in:
High-growth fashion / DTC / lifestyle brands
OR consulting + marketing/commercial execution experience
Experience in omnichannel retail environments
Strong commercial understanding (revenue impact mindset)
Exposure to both marketing and sales functions
