THE ROLE

With a growing international footprint across Europe and other markets, we are strengthening our Finance team to support multi-country tax compliance and operational control. We are looking for a hands-on International Tax Specialist to support day-to-day tax operations across our entities.

YOUR CHALLENGE

VAT & Indirect Tax (Core Focus)

• Prepare and review VAT filings

• Support OSS/IOSS compliance where applicable

• Ensure correct VAT treatment in Odoo (sales, returns, intercompany, B2B vs B2C)

• Coordinate VAT registrations in new countries when required

• Reconcile VAT balances with accounting

• Support preparation of corporate tax returns

• Assist in tax provision calculations (monthly/annual closing)

• Liaise with external advisors for local filings

• Review tax implications of cross-border transactions

• Support import/export and customs-related tax questions

• Monitor tax treatment in marketplaces and e-commerce channels

Compliance & Documentation

• Maintain tax documentation and filing calendar

• Support transfer pricing documentation updates

• Assist in tax audits and information requests

YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE...

• 2–4 years of experience in tax (Big4 or multinational company)

• Strong knowledge of VAT (EU & USA VAT experience preferred)

• Experience with accounting systems (Odoo is a plus)

• Fluent English and Spanish

• Detail-oriented and structured

• Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment
