THE ROLE
We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist based in LATAM to work 100% remotely for ALOHAS. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing an excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, and engagement and increase our sales.
Schedule- The working hours are:
- Monday to Friday: from 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM (CEST)
- Saturday to Sunday: OFF
OR
- Monday, Thursday and Friday: from 01:00 PM to 10:00 PM (CEST)
- Tuesday to Wednesday: OFF
- Saturday to Sunday: from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM (CEST)
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Exemplary Customer Service: Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Prompt Responses: Address customer inquiries swiftly and efficiently.
- Multi-Channel Communication: Engage with customers through various channels, including social media, to provide seamless support.
- Problem Solving: Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Product Expertise: Become a product expert to confidently answer any questions customers may have.
- Order Processing: Handle orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and promptly.
- Record Keeping: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback on the efficiency of our customer service process.
- Customer Satisfaction: Strive to ensure customer satisfaction and deliver top-notch professional support.
YOU WILL ROCK IN THIS ROLE IF YOU
- Have 2–3 years of experience in E-Commerce customer service, ideally within the fashion industry. (Note: in-person retail experience only will not be considered.)
- Are based in LATAM — this is a must.
- Bring patience, empathy, and positivity to every interaction.
- Are proactive and full of energy, with a strong sense of ownership and the drive to make things happen.
- Can earn trust quickly and communicate with confidence and warmth.
- Are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented — you keep things running smoothly even under pressure.
- Embrace feedback as fuel for growth and love learning every day.
- Work collaboratively but also shine when working independently.
- Have excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in English and Spanish; additional languages like French or Italian are a big plus.
- Are solution-oriented — you don’t stop at the problem, you find the way forward.
- Learn fast, adapt easily, and stay curious.
- Feel genuine passion for fashion and sustainability — because you’ll be representing both every day!
- Are comfortable using digital tools (Gorgias, Odoo, Shopify, ClickUp — or similar systems).
