THE ROLE
We are looking for a Wholesale Back Office to join our team and support the administrative operations of our wholesale department. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for fashion. The ideal candidate will assist with catalog management, reporting, and other essential tasks to ensure smooth operations related to the Wholesale department. If you enjoy working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment and have a proactive attitude, this position is for you.
YOUR CHALLENGE

Catalog Management:
- Create and manage product catalogs on our platforms (JOOR), ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with teams to gather product details and images.

Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and maintain reports using Excel to track sales, inventory, and performance metrics.
- Analyze data to support the decision-making process for the wholesale team.

Administrative Support:
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure all administrative needs are met effectively.

Operational Assistance:
- Assist in the organization of wholesale events and presentations when needed.
- Ensure the smooth execution of daily back-office operations.

Marketing Assistance:
- Assist on Wholesalels Marketing activities when necessary.

Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or back-office role is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with the fashion or retail industry is an advantage.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel is essential (knowledge of formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge:
- Interest in fashion and understanding of wholesale business processes.
- Experience with cataloging platforms or CRM systems is a plus.
Personal Attributes:
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Team player with strong communication skills.
- Passion for fashion and enthusiasm for working in a creative environment.
