THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Wholesale Key Account Manager β Sneakers Specialist to join our team. This role will focus on driving the growth and expansion of our sneaker category within key wholesale accounts, ensuring strong partnerships and maximizing sales opportunities. If you have a passion for sneakers, a proven track record in wholesale sales, and the strategic mindset to take this category to the next level, we want to hear from you!
YOUR CHALLENGE

Account Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale partners, acting as the primary point of contact for the sneaker category.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

Category Expansion:
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the sneaker category within existing and new accounts.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.

Sales & Performance:
- Achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sneaker category.

Market Development:
- Identify and onboard new wholesale accounts to expand market presence for sneakers in key regions.
- Represent the brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to showcase the sneaker collection.

Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in wholesale account management, preferably with a focus on sneakers or footwear.
- Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and driving category growth.

Skills:
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

Knowledge:
- Deep understanding of the sneaker market, including trends, competitors, and consumer behavior.
- Familiarity with the wholesale business model and retail dynamics.

Personal Attributes:
- Passion for sneakers and a strong sense of style and product knowledge.
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
