THE ROLE

The Business Analyst / Project Manager will play a critical role in enhancing our operational efficiency and managing key projects across the company. This position requires a strong understanding of KPIs, data analysis, process mapping, SQL, Python, and project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, managing both high-level and back-office projects, and ensuring that all initiatives align with our business goals. This role will report directly to the Chief of Staff and work closely with all departments to ensure cross-functional collaboration and successful project implementation. 

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Analyze and document business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and implement solutions to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
• Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of projects and initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end projects in areas such as back-office operations and supply chain, taking full ownership from definition to implementation.
• Support high-level projects led by department heads, providing necessary integration and coordination while the ownership remains at a higher level.
• Create detailed process maps to visually represent workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to provide insights into business performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, marketing, sales, and finance, to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and provide insights into business performance.
• Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and updates to senior management.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in process optimization, data analysis, and project management.

YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst and Project Manager, preferably in the fashion retail industry.
• Knowledge of process optimization tools and technologies.
