THE ROLE

As the Store Manager at ALOHAS, you won’t just be responsible for driving sales—you’ll also lead, inspire, and develop a passionate team that shares our values and vision. Your mission is to bring the ALOHAS philosophy to life in-store, ensuring that every visitor connects with our concept, experiences exceptional service, and understands our commitment to sustainability, quality, and design. By managing both people and performance, you’ll create a store environment that reflects who we are as a brand, fosters customer loyalty, and empowers your team to thrive. You’ll be the key link between the customer experience and operational excellence—an essential part of our growth journey.

YOUR CHALLENGE

• Lead and inspire a passionate team, driving day-to-day store operations to meet sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Ensure flawless execution of all in-store processes.
• Develop and implement checklists and tools to evaluate store and team performance.
• Train and onboard new team members, ensuring they are aligned with the ALOHAS culture.
• Monitor store, product, and KPI performance through regular reporting, and work closely with HQ teams to design and implement effective action plans.
• Deliver a memorable experience to every visitor, guiding them through our product range and conveying our vision of fashion.
• Oversee stock control, and implement visual merchandising and in-store activations to minimize excess and enhance product visibility.
• Be a true product expert—understand the materials, styles, and values behind every ALOHAS piece. Assist customers in selecting the best shopping, shipping, and delivery options for their needs.
• When needed, support the creation of content for our Social Media teams (e.g., store photography, product videos).
• Embody the ALOHAS spirit daily: be proactive, agile, responsible, and autonomous—making decisions that support your team and elevate the brand.
• Provide valuable feedback that contributes to the continuous improvement of our Retail strategy.

YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE…

• 4–5 years of experience as a Store Manager in the premium retail sector, ideally in fashion.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Business acumen with a data-driven approach to sales and performance.
• Knowledge of sales techniques, customer service, and objection-handling strategies.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and customer loyalty programs within the premium retail space.
• A passion for fashion, product, and storytelling.
• High proficiency in French and English; additional languages are a plus.
• A team-oriented mindset with a strong focus on KPIs and customer experience excellence.
