YOUR CHALLENGE

As a key member of the ALOHAS team, your mission is to bring our brand values and philosophy to life for every customer who steps into our store. Your role goes beyond selling products. You will create genuine, memorable experiences that connect people to our unique approach to fashion.

From the first hello to the final purchase, you will guide customers through our innovative product cycle and sustainable fashion journey. You will help them discover items they love, understand what sets ALOHAS apart, and inspire them to become passionate advocates for our brand.

You will play a crucial role in making each visit exceptional by encouraging customers to return, share their experience, and be part of our growing movement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bring the ALOHAS story to life by introducing visitors to our brand’s values, sustainability philosophy, and thoughtfully designed collections.
• Be an expert in our products, from materials to styles and functions. Guide customers in choosing the best products, shipping, and delivery options for their needs.
• Ensure operational excellence, maintaining store opening hours, executing visual merchandising standards, and following all daily processes with precision.
• Support content creation by collaborating with the team on social media initiatives. This may include photographing store displays or filming product videos when needed.
• Live and breathe the ALOHAS spirit, taking ownership of your work with agility, responsibility, autonomy, and a team-first mindset.
• Embrace feedback as a key part of our retail evolution. Your insights will help shape the future of ALOHAS stores.

YOU WILL ROCK AT THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE…

• 2–5 years of experience in premium retail, ideally in fashion
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Solid knowledge of sales techniques, customer service processes, and objection handling
• Familiarity with CRM strategies and tools in a premium retail context
• A genuine passion for fashion and product knowledge
• Fluency in Spanish, Catalan, and English (additional languages are a plus)
• A results-driven mindset with a passion for teamwork and customer experience
• Motivation to contribute to an ever-improving, purpose-led retail journey
